Team supports pantry with "One Pumpkin Project"

Andrew Milling, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Sparta sales office, announces that sales associates Christine and Marc Tremain recently held their successful “One Pumpkin Project” to support the Sparta Ecumenical Food Pantry. The Tremains raised more than $200 in cash donations and a truckload of food during Lake Mohawk Oktoberfest.

Team Tremain gave out more than 100 pumpkins to those who stopped by their booth at the event in exchange for a non-perishable food or cash donation. Attendees could also enter a raffle to win a fall-themed gift basket valued at more than $200. Lake Mohawk resident Renee McDonnell was the lucky winner.

The Sparta Ecumenical Food Pantry provides assistance to residents throughout Sussex County.
