Stanhope Borough Senior Citizens Hold Oktoberfest

The Stanhope Borough Senior Citizens invite the public to Oktoberfest on October 25 at the American Legion Post #278, at 119 Route 183/206N in Stanhope. There will be free bratwurst, German potato salad, as well as other refreshments, and beverages. Doors open at 11 a.m. and the meeting starts at 12 p.m. The guest speaker is Col. John “Pappy Jack” Stracker, singer and nominee for NJCMA Song Writer of the Year 2016. Annual membership dues are $15. Oktoberfest is open to Stanhope Borough residents and neighboring residents age 55 and older.
