Sandy Mitchell, Project Help founder and executive director
Sussex — Everyone is invited to attend this social mixer on May 17, 2018, at JR Cigars located at 301 Rt. 10 in Whippany, NJ from 6:30 – 10:00PM. Come early, stay late, it’s a great time. The event is free to attend: just pay for what you order. Many great relationships were made last year at the event and those who came are still connected to Project Help and each other. The purpose of the mixer is to continue to build community recognition and support. Project Help is a 501c3 charity that supports veterans and their families in times of need. A major thrust toward jobs and housing has taken the spotlight since the beginning of 2018. The original mission of helping veterans with basic needs continues, but the real solution is better jobs and housing. Sandy Mitchell, executive director and founder had this to say about the event. “We are excited to bring likeminded people into this social environment for a fun time, telling stories, catching up, sharing the message, and solidifying our relationships within the community. Many of those who have been supporting our mission from the beginning, will be at the mixer and will be happy to tell newbies all about Project Help and our mission.” To register to attend the event, go online to projecthelp.networkforgood.com/events/6240-cigar-social or visit www.projecthelp.us for the link to register. Just let them know you’re coming.
