NEWTON — Newton High School defeated Wallkill Valley Regional High School (Hardyston Township, N.J.) in varsity softball on Saturday, April 21, 2018. The final score was 7-0. The game took place at Memory Field in Newton.

Team records: Newton Braves 5-5. Wallkill Valley Rangers 1-10.
