— Delaware Valley Regional High School (Alexandria, N.J.) defeated Lenape Valley Regional High School (Stanhope, N.J.) in boys varsity lacrosse on Saturday, April 7, 2018. The final score was 13-7. The game took place at Lenape Valley Regional High School.

Delaware Valley's Tyler Neal scored five goals. Joe Cansfield and Chris Giuliano both scored three goals. Charlie Niebuhr scored two goals.

Drew Togno scored three goals for Lenape Valley. Troy DuPont scored two goals. Dominick Falleni and Joseph Hill both scored one goal.

Team records: Delaware Valley Terriers 3-1. Lenape Valley Patriots 2-1.
