— Are you at a crossroad in life, empty nester, divorced, looking for a change at work or just tired of the same old routine? If you are like most women, you’re wearing the hats of a, caregiver, mother, wife, and short-order cook, just to name a few. Your to-do list is way to long, you’re stressed out and somewhere along the way you lost yourself in the process. So did we! This is a common conversation, among most women, that prompted two local Sparta women to collaborate their professions and design a workshop called It’s All About You!

Connie Zoetjes and Julie Barros are both professionals in the field of mind and body health. Connie is a NY/NJ licensed massage therapist with 25 years experience helping people live a healthy and balanced lifestyle through massage. Julie is a licensed life strategies coach with an emphasis on visualizing goals and creating change.

Their workshop will help you re-examine and visualize your goals, learn how to de-stress, and incorporate simple life-changing daily practices that will help you live an inspired life.

Now is the time to be empowered and reminded that It’s All About You! Come join us and be reconnected to you on March 28 from 9:30am-2:30pm at 14 Sparta Ave.(Sparta Ambulance Bldg.) Register online by March 24 to reserve your seat $49 (lunch included) at www.essentialmassagetherapynj.com or call 973-729-2400.
