Salt and Light Theater, of the First Presbyterian Church of Sparta, located at 32 Main Street, Sparta, is pleased to present “Bow the Knee,” a dramatic musical celebrating the Easter Story on the evening of Palm Sunday, March 25th at 7:30pm and on Good Friday, March 30th at 7:30pm. It’s the story of a Roman Centurion who finds the courage to ask Jesus to heal his servant. After witnessing this miracle, he becomes a believer despite the dangers. This musical drama is presented with a full cast, choir and live orchestra and will be performed in the Church Sanctuary as a worship celebration. We are excited about this presentation and hope the community will enjoy this wonderful Easter story. There is no cost to attend and is open to all. Any questions please contact the church’s office at 973-729-6197.
