— The Black Bear Film Festival introduces Olivia Fisher of Newton, New Jersey, as an intern for the organization. As are all Black Bear interns, Olivia will be involved in all aspects and operations of Black Bear, contributing her time, energy, and diverse range of talents in making a difference for the community.

Fisher is a filmmaker with a degree in Fine Arts, with emphasis on film and fashion from Sussex County Community College. She will intern with the festival for one year, while pursuing advanced studies.

Black Bear Film Festival Executive Director Bob Keiber said, "An internship is invaluable in this field and I believe Olivia will take full advantage of the opportunity."

The Black Bear Film Festival established a film scholarship at Sussex County Community College as well as an educational program as part of their Greater Pike Community Foundation grant award.

The Black Bear Film Festival opens October 20 with a Gala at the Hotel Fauchère at 6:00 pm, featuring special guest Tab Hunter. The festival will run through Sunday, October 22.
