Is an electric toothbrush better than a regular toothbrush?

ADA Dentist Dr. Richard Price says that an electric toothbrush could be especially helpful for people who have arthritis or similar conditions that don't allow them to hold and move a regular toothbrush properly. Ultimately, though, both an electric toothbrush and a traditional one can both achieve the same results. Price says "it's not the toothbrush - it's the brusher."
