When would I need to have my wisdom teeth removed?

Your wisdom teeth may need to removed if you feel or notice any of the following in your mouth: • Pain • Infection • Cysts • Tumors • Gum disease • damage to neighboring teeth

Wisdom teeth that do not get removed should still be monitored because the possibility for developing problems still exist. Make sure to floss and brush around the area of your wisdom teeth.
